I always have an absolutely wonderful experience whenever I dine at Swensen’s Causeway. The service provided by the team has consistently been outstanding. Staff such as Anna, Bharat, and the rest of the crew never fail to give a warm welcome, making my family and I feel truly valued as customers. Despite the heavy weekend crowds, the staff remained attentive, efficient, and responsive to our needs. The food was served promptly without compromising on quality, which is really commendable considering how busy it gets. Their professionalism and friendliness create a comfortable dining atmosphere that makes us want to return again and again. I genuinely appreciate the effort the team puts into ensuring every visit is a pleasant one. Thank you, Swensen’s Causeway team, for always making our family meals enjoyable and memorable!

Went to Causeway Point Swensen's outlet for lunch! Enjoyed the 1 for 1 Curry Chicken Rice & the food was fantastic! Awesome service provided by Claire, who was very helpful & friendly! Definitely my favourite outlet now!

My family and I was treated by friendly staffs. Food and drinks were served promptly after order was placed. The food were awesome. Overall, we enjoyed and am satisfied with the service and food.

Swensen’s never disappoints! It’s always in our top 3 go-to places when we’re deciding where to eat. We just can’t resist the ice cream—always a treat! Highly recommend the sweet potato fries too—they’re seriously addictive. Shoutout to Claire for being both friendly and professional. Great service makes the experience even better!

Came here to celebrate my birthday with my family. We came as a family of 9. Mr. Andrey made it a memorable one by taking care of us, ensuring that we had our food and enjoyed our time here. It’s also wheelchair accessible and staff were generally friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Managers Bharat and Andrey were very helpful and patient in assisting us to redeem our vouchers, despite the very busy dinner period. The team also assisted in helping us cut the ice cream cake. Great service even though they seem quite short handed. Food was good and came out quickly despite it being full house. Fish & chips and Black pepper seafood pasta is consistently good. Tartar sauce is always bomb. Also, being a member has great free/$1 drink perks. The ice cream cake (we got the hazelnut chocolate) is honestly not very nice because it is just a solid chocolate core, even though it looks quite aesthetically nice. Thank you to the team’s good service that made our birthday celebration here smooth and enjoyable!

We had a very pleasant dining experience at Swensen’s Woodlands. One of the biggest highlights was the excellent service from Ria. She was very attentive, approachable, and always carried a cheerful attitude that made us feel welcome right from the start. She made sure our orders were taken smoothly, checked in on us at the right times, and was quick to assist whenever we needed anything. It’s always nice to be served by someone who clearly enjoys their work and takes good care of customers. Another thing worth mentioning was how fast the food was served. For a sit-down restaurant, the speed was close to what you’d expect from fast food. We didn’t have to wait long at all, which made the whole dining experience much smoother, especially since we were already quite hungry. As for the food itself, everything we ordered was enjoyable. The pasta was tasty and cooked just right, not too soft or too hard. The chicken came out hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside, which we really liked. Drinks were served quickly and were very refreshing. And of course, the meal wouldn’t be complete without Swensen’s ice cream—creamy, rich, and always a reliable treat to end the meal on a sweet note. Overall, it was a satisfying visit. With quick serving time, good food, and excellent service from Ria, Swensen’s Woodlands is definitely a branch we’d be happy to return to.
